In 2019, Professor Gregg L. Semenza was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his discovery of ‘how cells sense and adapt to oxygen availability’. This discovery has not only revolutionised the medical community’s understanding of the treatment of anaemia, cancer and cardiovascular disease, but has also opened up entirely new avenues for the health and anti-ageing industries.

Today, this momentum is being channelled into the global supply chain for new ingredients through the NVTIA brand.
